Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

If you do not wish to use the ticket system for any reason, please email us directly at support@onasta.com and we will create a ticket for you. You will continue to receive updates at the email address you used to contact us.

Our goal is to resolve your issues as quickly as painlessly as possible. Our response time is quickest from 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday (EST), but agents are available at all times.
